The red wine Lodovico Toscana IGT, vintage 2017 from the winery Tenuta di Biserno has been rated in 2020 by Othmar Kiem, Simon Staffler with 95 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape varieties Cabernet Franc, Petit Verdot from the region Tuscany in Italy.
Powerful, bright ruby. Opens with notes of graphite and tobacco, rich dark berries, above all blueberry and elderberry, some eucalyptus. Also shows a lot of tobacco on the palate, unfolds with grippy tannin, deep, earthy components, some tomato paste, firm drive on the finish, but also drying, would definitely benefit from ageing. .
