The red wine Giorgio Primo IGT, vintage 2012 from the winery Tenuta La Massa has been rated in 2019 by Othmar Kiem, Simon Staffler with 94 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape varieties Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Petit Verdot from the region Tuscany in Italy.
Rich, intense ruby with a clear purple tinge. Great nose of flint, then ripe dark currants, some rosemary and leather in the background. The palate is taut and dense, showing lots of compact, hearty tannin, grippy and rich, spicy finish.

Finely drawn nose with lots of vivid, dark berry fruit, dark currant, elderberry and pomegranate, with a hint of graphite in the background. Extremely juicy on the palate, lots of fresh and vivid fruit, opens up with fine-grained tannins in many layers, rich depth, very long, savoury.
