Tasting Notes
Vivid ruby with a slight purple tinge. On the nose after some morels some beet aromas. On the palate it is unfortunately quite brittle, with a lot of alcohol, and it dries up a bit on the finish.
More about the tastingRich, impenetrable ruby violet. Initially appears as if cut from a block, very compact, with notes of tobacco, cassis and blueberries, with some dried tomatoes in the background. Powerful on the palate, shows lots of ripe berry fruit, beguiling, then opens up with dense tannins, beautifully coated with sweet enamel, then quite present wood notes in the finish, balsamic.
