Tasting Notes

Tasting from 09.09.2011

Clear, very dark ruby purple in colour. A compact and intense nose with aromas of blueberries, blackberries and cassis, with some subtle earthy notes in the background. Polished on the palate with rich tannins which build up beautifully, fine-grained and precise. It's very long, and the year of additional maturation has done the wine a lot of good.

Sparkling, very dark ruby violet. Compact and intense nose, aromas of blueberry, blackberry and cassis, subtle earthy notes in the background. Radiant on the palate, opens with lots of rich fruit, clear and dense, lots of fresh berry fruit, supple and long.
