The red wine Oreno Toscana IGT, vintage 2018 from the winery Tenuta Sette Ponti has been rated in 2021 by Othmar Kiem, Simon Staffler with 98 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape varieties Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon, Petit Verdot from the region Tuscany in Italy.
Shimmering rich ruby colour with purple reflexes. Complex nose with notes of cedar, black truffle, followed by oodles of cassis and blackberry. Round and smooth on the palate showing ripe fruit, extremely precise, fine, polished tannin, very long finish with a hint of dark chocolate.
