The red wine Oreno, vintage 2015 from the winery Tenuta Sette Ponti has been rated in 2021 by Othmar Kiem with 96 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape varieties Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon, Petit Verdot from the region Tuscany in Italy.
Rich, deep dark ruby. Opens with a very precise nose, aromas of spicy cedar wood, very well-defined fruit, spicy wild blueberry, some cassis, fine play. Powerful on the palate with lots of fine-meshed tannins, dark berry fruit and plenty of drive on the finish.
