The red wine Oreno IGT, vintage 2015 from the winery Tenuta Sette Ponti has been rated in 2018 by Othmar Kiem, Simon Staffler with 96 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape varieties Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon, Petit Verdot from the region Tuscany in Italy.
Deep dark, rich ruby purple. Multilayered, rich nose, dark tobacco notes, dried porcini mushrooms, leather, then dark berry fruit, red beet in the background. Powerful and intense on the palate, tight, dense tannin, very concentrated, firm drive in the finish.
