Intense, dense ruby. Fine, fragrant nose, slightly lemon, then beautiful cherry, some white pepper in the background. Emphasizes spicy notes on the palate, opens with pithy, but also somewhat brittle tannins, good pressure on the finish, but still seems quite raw and unfinished at the moment.
