The red wine Oreno Toscana IGT, vintage 2016 from the winery Tenuta Sette Ponti has been rated in 2019 by Othmar Kiem, Simon Staffler with 95 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape varieties Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon, Petit Verdot from the region Tuscany in Italy.
Rich, bright ruby-purple. Precise nose with notes of juicy blackcurrant, some tar and slate in the background. Playful on the palate, lots of vivid berry fruit, finely-meshed tannin, unfolds in a very straightforward manner.
