The red wine Redigaffi IGT, vintage 2016 from the winery Tua Rita has been rated in 2018 by Othmar Kiem, Simon Staffler with 98 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape variety Merlot from the region Tuscany in Italy.
Clear ruby-violet. Intense, yet elegant and finely marked nose with notes of blackberry, sandalwood and cassis. Builds progressively on the palate, plump and firm with lots of rich fruit, then opens up with fine-meshed tannin, soft and at the same time firm. Salty and long with dark chocolate on the finish.
