The red wine Redigaffi Toscana IGT – Tua Rita, vintage 2009 from the winery Tua Rita has been rated in 2022 by Othmar Kiem, Simon Staffler with 98 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape variety Merlot from the region Tuscany in Italy.
Clear, brightening ruby with a pale garnet rim. Fine notes of fresh plum, mulberry, grows with increasing exposure to air, multi-layered. Lots of sweet texture on the palate, paired with plenty of fine-meshed tannins, builds for a very long time, balsamic notes on the finish, lingers for a very long time.
