The red wine Redigaffi Toscana IGT – Tua Rita, vintage 2006 from the winery Tua Rita has been rated in 2022 by Othmar Kiem, Simon Staffler with 93 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape variety Merlot from the region Tuscany in Italy.
Clear, rich ruby with a slight garnet rim. Emphatically spicy notes on the nose, of Ricola herbs, dried sage and Maggi herb, with some leather in the background. Quite rough and coarse on the palate, lots of spice and sweetness, but also lots of wood, drying out at the core.
