Initially almost closed on the nose. With contact with the air, it then takes off in series: yellow curry, cardamom, yellow plum, on the palate it shows with an almost generous structure, ripe acidity perfectly interwoven with the body, lots of juiciness, mellowness, depth, good length. An extremely charmingly mature Kabinett close to its peak of maturity.
