Shimmering intense salmon colour with pink reflections. On the nose there is the fragrance of juicy red-cheeked apples, wild berries, blueberry and delicate yeasty notes, then some butterscotch and smokiness. Juicy on the palate, with good grip and pithy structure, dense, then taut with a long finish.
