Tasting Notes
Lemon yellow with pale golden reflections. On the nose, the wine proves to be surprisingly less tertiary: there are still fruity aromas such as peach and yellow plum, the typical Riesling ripeness only appears on the horizon, with undertones of yellow curry and honey. On the palate, a very fine mousse meets ripe acidity and a texture that hints at further reserves. Extract sweetness sets the final point.
