Spicy and peppery nose, typical of the grape variety, blackcurrants and blackberries with black cherries, fine wood spice. Full-bodied and powerful, but also distinctly dry with a cool aura, fine acidity and fine-grained tannins, very cultivated.
More about the tastingQuite a complex aroma: cocktail cherry and some yeast, bitter chocolate and herbal-spicy tones. Smooth on the palate, round and full-bodied, mellow, grainy tannins in the right medium-high quantity, lively but well-integrated acidity, juicy, fruity finish.
