Disgorged 5/17. It has delicate pinot fruit, with a hint of tertiary overtones. A powerful body on the palate, with very fine mousse, and it is cultured with an almost somewhat defensive acidity, and a fitting sweetness, it is a subtle and thoughtful sparkling wine.
