A light salmon pink in colour. Strawberry confit, sweet cherry and pear drop on the nose. The juicy palate has a medium weight, the dominant acidity is flanked by a hint of sweetness that emphasises the fruit. Carbon dioxide freshness enlivens the (albeit only medium-long) finish.
