The white wine »Steillage« Cabernet Blanc feinherb, vintage 2023 from the winery Weinbau Dr. Wobar has been rated in 2024 by Ulrich Sautter with 90 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape variety Cabernet Blanc from the region Brandenburg in Germany.
The nose is characterised by "green" aromas: gooseberry, green bell pepper and Granny Smith apple combine to create an animating, crisp fragrance. On the palate, the wine is soft with rather subtle acidity and an almost creamy texture. An exciting wine with a PiWi grape.
