A light salmon pink in colour. Strawberry confit, sweet cherry and ice candy on the nose. The juicy palate has medium weight, the dominant acidity is flanked by a hint of sweetness that emphasizes the fruit. CO2 freshness enlivens the (albeit only medium-long) finish.
