Medium golden yellow, with silver reflections. Delicate nutty notes underneath ripe pears, a hint of quince, candied tangerine zest, a touch of blossom honey. Juicy, elegant, fine nuances of yellow stone fruit, some honeydew melon, a subtle fruit sweetness on the finish, mineral and versatile.
