Tasting Notes
There is a ripe Riesling savouriness with hints of petrol but also citrus and yellow fruit notes, as well as pineapple. It has a soft attack on the palate, a tight acidity, nice supporting sweetness, good tension and still plenty of fruit reserves. It has a rounded structure on the finish, along with spicy flavours with subtle caramelized and exciting floral overtones.
More about the tastingPale greenish yellow. Citrus notes underpinned by a fine slate tone, a hint of lemongrass, fine minerality, needs some air in the glass. Appears somewhat encapsulated, medium body, lemony nuances, subtle sweetness on the finish, medium length, perhaps in a rebuilding phase.
