The red wine »Beryll« Cuvée trocken, vintage 2019 from the winery Weingut Albrecht Schwegler has been rated in 2023 by Ulrich Sautter with 92+ Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape varieties Blauer Zweigelt, Cabernet Franc, Lemberger, Cabertin, Merlot from the region Württemberg in Germany.
An intense aroma at the intersection of fresh fruitiness and spicy maturity pours from the glass: elderberry and beet, plum, greengage, mocha, chocolate truffle, thyme. In the mouth, a fine-grained tannin gives it a lot of drive, juice and fruit give volume and length.
