Tasting Notes
Deep dark ruby colour, black core, purple rim. Black berry fruit underlaid with fine savouriness, fine honey touch, delicate spicy notes, it is still restrained. Complex, fine dark berry fruit, very freshly conceived, has raciness, refined acidity, which again leads into ripe black berry fruit, and fine tannins and salty minerality ensure appropriate length. It should still mature a little in the bottle, it is an appealing light-footed red wine style with a lot of character.
