Deep golden yellow with silver reflections. Honeyed notes underlay fresh tangerine zest, yellow tropical fruit and textbook botrytis savoury notes. The palate is complex and almost Sauternes-esque, mixing caramel and lanolin, and building to a honeyed note on the finish. Good ageing potential.
