Tasting Notes
Bright yellow-green, with silver reflections. The nose has reductive nuances, a breath of flint, a delicate nuttiness, ripe papaya, candied tangerine zest and a touch of minerality. The palate is tight-knit, with white peach, lively acid structure, mineral-salty notes and some kumquat in the aftertaste. Good development and ageing potential.
