A pale golden yellow colour with a silver sheen. A dark minerality on the nose, some pear, delicate notes of dried herbs, nuances of marzipan, some white peach, a hint of bergamot, lemon balm. Juicy, elegant, with a well integrated acidity, savoury notes on the finish, white fruit nuances, mineral in the aftertaste, excellent ageing potential.
