The rosé »Rosé Saignée« trocken, vintage 2023 from the winery Weingut Aufricht has been rated in 2024 by Ulrich Sautter with 90+ Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape variety Spätburgunder from the region Baden in Germany.
Salmon-coloured in the glass, aromas of cherry yoghurt, wild strawberries and a little cassis on the nose, also floral nuances and some dried herbs. On the palate the wine has a very subtle residual sweetness that is well supported by the acidity, fine phenolics, juicy.
