The rosé »Rosé Saignée« trocken, vintage 2024 from the winery Weingut Aufricht has been rated in 2025 by Ulrich Sautter with 90+ Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape variety Spätburgunder from the region Baden in Germany.
Light salmon colour from a heavy bottle. Strawberry nose, sweet cherry. Dry and harmonious on the palate, very balanced between acid freshness and matter, the light phenolic flavour slows it down in a positive way. A gastronomic rosé with an enormous range of uses.
