Tasting Notes
Balsamic fruit streams from the glass: blackberry, elderberry, very ripe blackcurrant. Creamy, almost oily on the palate, the good tannins are soft and grippy at the same time, almost polished and yet giving structure. The acidity provides good support. Fullness and mellowness, minerality and finesse. Astonishing depth.
