Pale golden yellow colour. Initially very yeasty on the nose, almond, a reductive wine. Then also herbs and a touch of Ruländer. Melon. Firmly structured on the palate, crisp phenolics with a lot of tension, but at the same time also nuanced floral notes, measured alcohol (or at least completely poised with texture). Extremely rich and yet balanced.
