Tasting Notes
Light salmon orange in colour. The nose shows notes of grape sugar, apple skin, heart cherry and damp lime. On the palate, the wine has natural proportions, the acidity is not too demanding, the mousse radiates freshness without being too aggressive, the - appropriately chosen - dosage gives the palate fruit volume and length.
