Tasting Notes
Greenish-golden in color. Peppery aroma, damp asphalt, passion fruit. Supple and soft, yet quite nuanced, not too sweet, with creaminess, but without becoming clumsy. Mild acidity, yet no lack of structure, seems to come from a single mold.
