The red wine Kreation CMX, vintage 2016 from the winery Weingut Bernhard Ellwanger has been rated in 2020 by Ulrich Sautter with 91 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape varieties Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Cubin, Cabernet Franc from the region Württemberg in Germany.
Tarry notes, blueberry, raspberry, prune, nougat and mint. Pepper. On the palate dense, ripe tannins, with integrated alcohol, with vivid, slightly concentrated acidity, with some texture and fruitiness in the background, but above all taut and full of ageing potential. Still compact on the finish.
