Trollinger and Pinot Noir make up this Blanc de Noirs. On the nose, aromas of fine oak spice, red fruit, somewhat balsamic, juniper berries, and yeast. The juicy, fresh palate has plenty of tension and animation, with well-integrated acidity, fine phenolics, and beautifully resolved substance, a great and individual design.
