It is a wine made from the grape varieties Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Cubin, Cabernet Franc, Cabernet Cortis from the region Württemberg in Germany.
On the nose, a slightly smoky note with dark fruit aromas of blackcurrant, dark cherry and blackberry, smoked ham and a touch of yest. Not timid on the palate, but grippy with energy and stable acidity. Good substance, approachable fruit, with notes of cherry, blackberry and elderberry, a subtle bitter note, fresh bay leaf and a grippy tannin structure. A beautiful and straightforward wine.
