Tasting Notes
A hint of menthol surrounds the "mountain air", there are also notes of caraway, almond and pepper, as well as fruit of candied lemon, green gooseberry and white peach. The palate is lean and focussed, "cool" in appearance with firm but not isolated acidity. The finish is concentrated and full-bodied. A very good base wine.
