Subtle aroma, needs air. Limey coolness, fine red fruit, redcurrant, subtle spice of pepper, thyme, lemon balm, fine wood savouriness, smoke. Juicy red fruit on the palate, berries, cherries, supple mineral base with fresh, lively acidity, hearty, ripe tannins, salty finesse, beautiful length.
