Tasting Notes
Cool on the nose, fruity with pears and apple, pear pulp, subtle freshly ground nutmeg, bay leaf, sage. Straightforward on the palate, also juicy, dense, never disproportionate, but with an individualistic note, fruit, savouriness and acidity vivid in the middle of the palate and from a single source, mineral and spicy finish.
