The white wine »Steillage« Mainberg Schlossberg Silvaner Spätlese trocken, vintage 2021 from the winery Weingut Dahms has been rated in 2022 by Ulrich Sautter with 90 - 92 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape variety Silvaner from the region Franconia in Germany.
Some yellow fruit on the nose, spicy lime tones, balsamic and peppery. On the palate, the wine has a late harvest body, slightly viscous and with a sweet extract base, the acidity is firm but well integrated, a strong pinch of phenolics gives the wine the prospect of developing into a full-bodied wine.
