The white wine »Fass N°1« Silvaner trocken, vintage 2018 from the winery Weingut Dahms has been rated in 2020 by Ulrich Sautter with 91 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape variety Silvaner from the region Franconia in Germany.
Nutty notes on the nose, apricot tart, toasted aromas, juniper berry and a slight ethereal tone. Firm in its structure, tightly built and also with good density from the wood ageing. The acidity is ripe and glides across the palate in a refined fashion with hints of pleasant saltiness.
