The white wine »Fass Nr°1« Sylvaner trocken, vintage 2018 from the winery Weingut Dahms has been rated in 2022 by Ulrich Sautter with 90 - 92 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape variety Silvaner from the region Franconia in Germany.
A light golden yellow in colour. The expansive aroma has buttery tones, ripe aromas of candied fruit, some herbs and a very slight hint of development. The supple, even oily palate appears round and melted, the ripe finish flavours have charm.
