The white wine »Steillage« Schweinfurt Peterstirn Silvaner Kabinett trocken, vintage 2021 from the winery Weingut Dahms has been rated in 2022 by Ulrich Sautter with 90+ Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape variety Silvaner from the region Franconia in Germany.
Quite a fragrant, floral nose of lime blossom, spring meadow and marigold. The palate lives up to the Kabinett label with a slender structure and juicy acidity, but at the same time the wine also has a fairly dense phenolics character that gives it structure and certain ageing potential.
