Multi-layered aroma: fine yeast, savoury, hay, cider, apple, stony-mineral notes. Powerfully built palate with substance, good extract, soft crystalline acidity, fine saline, also citrus, mainly mineral. Ripe phenolics, length, certain ageing potential.
