Notes from the spontaneous fermentation and floral varietal aromas overlap on the nose. The palate opens buttery and soft, carrying a fine floral spiciness throughout the palate without it becoming overpowering or coming to the fore. The wine finishes full-bodied and round with perfectly integrated acidity.
