What is an inexpensive, red Stuttgarter likely to contain? Trollinger? No, 90 percent Sankt Laurent! Not at all innocuous on the nose, dense raspberry and blackberry, oak influence. On the palate, berry fruit continues, fresh acidity, even fine tannins. For 6.90 euros. Whew.
