The white wine »Goldkapsel« Rauenthal Baiken Riesling Auslese, vintage 2018 from the winery Weingut Dr. Corvers-Kauter has been rated in 2019 with 95 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape variety Riesling from the region Rheingau in Germany.
A delicate botrytis touch but also wild strawberries as well as blood oranges. On the palate a slightly viscous onset, afterwards full-bodied, rich, mineral notions followed by mature but well-balanced acidity, rounded yet compact, with a very good length.
