The sweet and dessert wine Oestrich Doosberg Riesling Trockenbeerenauslese, vintage 2022 from the winery Weingut Dr. Corvers-Kauter has been rated in 2023 by Ulrich Sautter with 95 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape variety Riesling from the region Rheingau in Germany.
A finely selected botrytis, delicate spice but also floral and fresh fruity tones. Candied orange peel, dried fig, almond paste, tahini, also some dried porcini mushroom. On the palate the wine has high intensity, lively acidity, delicate creaminess and finely fruity, but also a lot of juiciness, some minerality; an inviting wine.
