Pale yellow with golden reflections. Blossom honey, Williams pear, baked apple, raisin, date, a very rich aroma with very pure botrytis. Enormous viscosity on the palate, flows like a balsam, texture and core intertwine, with a warm, soft minerality and a finish of apple peel and candied fruit.
More about the tastingDate, apricot compote on the nose, also a hint of ester. On the palate, enormously creamy and unctious onset, followed by an ultra-fine mineral extract. Impressive how all components are interwoven, homogeneous and almost endlessly long. Great wine, great future.
