A delicate, spicy aroma of crushed rock, wet stones, ripe citrus fruit, a hint of candied lemon peel and mint. The dynamic palate is powerful and elegant with lively acidity, citrus fruit notes, lemon juice, and spicy minerality. Plenty of potential for ageing.
